Terms and Conditions

The following sets out the terms and conditions governing the supply of goods, services
and information on www.fonaholic.co.uk These terms and conditions do not affect your
statutory rights as a consumer.

No contract will exist between you, the customer, and FONAHOLIC for the sale by it to you of any product unless, and until FONAHOLIC confirms receipt of your order by email. Your acceptance of the terms and conditions relating to the purchase of product will be deemed complete at the time FONAHOLIC sends this email to you.

All products are subject to availability. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled or will be delayed, we will inform you of this as soon as possible.

Damaged goods must be notified by email (sales@fonaholic.co.uk) or by our contact form within 7 days of receipt of delivery. Upon receipt of returned goods, we will refund the monies you have paid for the goods or supply you with replacement goods at your option.

You have the right to cancel the contract for your purchase within 7 working days of delivery.

To cancel a contract, items must be returned to us in their original packaging, unused and returned with the invoice stating reason for return.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that once we have begun the delivery process, you will not be able to cancel any orders you have with us for services carried out by us (example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.

We promise to respond to all complaints promptly and certainly within 5 working days.

We request your name, address and e-mail address to enable us to provide you with an efficient after sales service but we will not pass your name and address to any third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law FONAHOLIC provides this website and its content as seen and makes no express representation or warrant of any kind with respect to the website or its content. The price and availability of products supplied via the website is subject to change without notice.

All website design, text graphics, photographs and design rights copyright to FONAHOLIC who reserve all rights. Limited provision is granted electronically to copy portions of this website solely for the purpose of placing an order. Any use of any other materials on this website without the express written permission of FONAHOLIC is strictly prohibited.

For the avoidance of doubt these terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. Any contract created between yourself and FONAHOLIC will be deemed to have been concluded in England and will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. You and FONAHOLIC irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

If your product should develop a fault within 28 days of purchase we will exchange it for an equivalent product if available, or if you prefer, refund your money (your product should still be in new condition and with the original packaging, accessories and invoice).

As we have no control over the use of products supplied, by the end user, we can not accept any liability howsoever caused, nor do we accept any consequential liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of the products we supply.
